I have a wonderful husband, four boys (ages 20, 7, 6 and 3), one baby girl (6 months) and a very large dog (130 lbs).
I am a serious Christian. God comes first and foremost in my life. I find that as long as I hold to that, everything else works a lot better. 🙂
I love to cook and bake and enjoy sharing my recipes with others. I hope that you get just as much enjoyment out of these recipes as I do.
I also love Asian culture, foods, decor…especially things from Vietnam (because my Sweet Hubby is from Vietnam). My interests and tastes are actually quite varied…but I don’t want to bore you by listing them all here now. 😉

I just came across your Hawaiian Wedding Cake recipe – it looks scrumptious. I was looking at the pictures of your adorable sons and was thinking they look just like my son, Nicholas, 18 months. His father is Chinese. I am American.
I also love Asian food.
